I am facing acute dental problem, gaps between teeth's are widening day by day though i am using medicated gel, gum paste and mouth cleaner as provided by the doctor time time, but the problem continues, suggest permanent remedy,than you.

Scaling and polishing once every 3 months by a local dentist. This problem is due to bone resorption either due to age or maybe some infection, Sir do u have any diseases like Diabetes ? These could further cause bone resorption. We will need to see your X-Rays before further comments.
