Whenever I walk some steps, my back head will become heavy and dizziness will occur. I feel like my body is shaking or moving? What will be my problem? Some tests are performed like audio testing (mild sensorineural hearing loss detected, ecg (sinus tachycardia and left ventricular hypertrophy is detected, echo normal, kft,lipid, thyroid, haemoglobin,glucose level normal. What would be my problem. Is it related to vertigo? Please provide medicines/solutions for it.

u r in very complicated case wise. vertig stugeron75 mg at night, stugeron25after lunch followed by rest for seven days.
