Actually I had swelling just below my earlobe from 8 jan 2020 it was sudden, I woke up and I had swelling. I ate some antibiotic but it did not work, on ultrasound it showed 6 mm nodule evident in parenchyma of right parotid gland, doctor gave some antibiotic again but no improvement then doctor told to do ct scan on 25 feb, result showed :enlarged right parotid gland with few large intraparotid lympnodes, largest, measuring 14. 2 mm, likely right parotitis with intraparotid lymph nodes. 2 month over so doctor told to fnac, diagnosis showed: chronic sialadenitis. Again doctor changed some new antibiotic after fnac and told to meet after 1 week. Please guide what is this going on. My swelling is not very big but it is same from beginning.
