Sore, ulceration which are long standing, lump in neck, bleeding from throat or mouth. Difficulty in swallowing, breathing etc. Throat pain esp radiating to ears. Some premalignant conditions like white patch, leukoplakia, reddish patch, erythroplakia, reduced mouth opening etc need evaluation. A detailed oral and neck examination and laryngoscopy can help you ruling out cancer.
