I have common cold symptom like coughing and sometimes sneezing. I have taken azithral 500 for 3 days without any doctor prescription. I still have symptoms and it has been more than a week. Will it cure itself? Is there any problem that I took antibiotic for this cold? As later I read that antibiotic shouldn't be taken for common cold. Please clarify. Thank you.
