I am a 24 year old male who recently had painful urination which the doctor prescribed some ciprofloxacin antibiotics. It has been 6 days since im on the antibiotics and a few days ago I noticed a black dot underneath my penis. It does not hurt and it's a small black circle and I don't know what this is? Thanks
