Hello doctor, I am a breastfeeding mother aged 32 years, last month I got a severe pain on to my left nipple, small mole with yellow fluid in it, consulted a nearby doctor, she simply punctured that mole and advised antibiotic, applied neosporin on the affected area. Now, after three four weeks, feeling the same pain which is gradually increasing. Little worried, kindly suggest. Thank you.

Hello lybrate-user. The details you have given, seems to be like early stages of breast abscess or the duct infection. If there is recurrent condition then better to obtain a consultation with a surgeon who can guide you the best. Do not feed from that particular side until the condition resolves.
