Respected Dr. I'm male 70 my weight is 63 height 165 cm slim body My chest pa view x-ray report has following findings 1. bilateral prominent bronchovascular marking. 2. minimal right pleural thickening. 3. Prominent right hilum. Dr. what these finding suggest and any medicines are required for these problems. Are these curable. Kindly suggest suitable action in the matter. Thanks a lot dr.

They are all mostly a result of long term effects of hypertension. I would suggest you also get an echocardiogram done to rule out any other cardiac pathology. Once we know the status, we can decide on the treatment part.
