I am 58 years age. Three year ago I had vertigo and tinnitus problem. Vertigo problem became ok but tinnitus problem persists. When I was 12 years I had ear drum perforation and due to same l lost my hearing in one ear. The same was found on audiogram test. My mri was found clear. Ent Dr. had prescribed me vertin 16 mg tab. Twice daily and sibelium 10. Three years back. What you can prescribe now for tinnitus.

Tinnitus once comes is not cured. But you have to try to live with it. Example you should place a tick tock sound producing watch near your head side to mask the irritating tinnitus. Ask your ent if you can perform valsalva maneuver. And try to sleep in some noisy environment. Soon you will be able to overcome hearing tinnitus.
