My wife had c section delivery 25 days ago. For few days after delivery her tummy was flabby or lax. But now it is getting firm and getting fatter. She does not need to do any hard work but she has to take care of the baby. Is there any possibility of developing hernia after her c section delivery? After how long does it happen? What are the symptoms and how to prevent it?

A hernia that occurs after surgery is called an incisional hernia. The c-section is a surgical procedure that can create a weakness in the abdominal wall. Hernias can develop many years after the surgery. We can have a detailed discussion over a call for a better and effective consultation. Thanks.
