Hi Sir, Mai 45 years ki hu mujhe skin shine cream lagane ki wjh se redness or jalan hoti thi to maine ise lagana chor diya then mera face bahut kala ho gya hai, doctor ne mujhe obril cream for spotless brilliance use krne ko kaha hai. Kya ye cream effective hai mera face and isse thik ho sakta hai. Please help me.
