Sometimes the very structure of the teeth is such that it predisposes the tooth to cavity formation. The specific toothpaste that you use, unlike what most advertisements seem to suggest, may not be as important in preventing cavities, as using a good, soft toothbrush, learning and executing the correct toothbrushing techniques, changing your toothbrush regularly (3 months is the recommended time), and getting regular professional dental check ups, so that any developing cavities may be recognized and treated early, with simple inexpensive procedures. Systemic calcium deficiency might play a roe during development and calcification of teeth, but is not of particular significance after eruption of the teeth

Hello ,all the toothpastes are equally good as long as you brush twice and properly .Some tooth pastes are specifically for sensitive teeth which should be used only on a dentists recommendation. Do not use any tooth paste which promise teeth whitening as these pastes have high abrasive particals which abrade your teeth.Rinsing your mouth after meals and visiting a dentist every 6 months to detect cavity early is also recommended.
