Nutrition related questions. Please answer. 1.is it okay to eat chicken curry everyday? 2.is it okay to eat chicken biryani? And how it affects the health. 3. Olive oil vs sundrop heart. Does a slight increase in saturated fat as the label on product suggest, is it bad for health? 4. How much salt content per day (in tablespoons) to be consumed? (as per who 5gms I suppose) but indians consume double. So any suggestions on this.
