My daughter is having a cough for 1 month 3 days. The doctor remarked that my 4-month-old baby is having delta asthma. Now the doctor reduced the medicines. The present condition of my daughter is having severe cough more than 25 times per day which will persist for a long time. I am too much worried. Once taking the medicine the severity of cough is reduced. That is hindering for the short term. After stopping medicines the cough getting more stronger as early time. And I would like to add, 2.8 kg birth weight now near to 6 kg. My baby had cried from birth till 3 months with little intervals. 2.5 mm ostium is present in my babies heart. All the doctor that we had been consulted said that it will fuse before 1 or 2 years. Kindly seeking for your information doctor.

Yes. Doctor rightly said about closure of ostium on increasing age. For asthma problem, you have to check up offline only. Usually medicines are required to continue to control asthma if it is sure in diagnosis.
