I want to reduce my weight and also I want to increase my breast milk supply, both. I want to get my original weight as I am before the pregnancy.

Your weight will loose slowly if not then you need to do some exercise with proper diet like avoid fast food, drink lots of water. For increase milk products you need have particular diets like chicken, barley, oats, whole grains, papaya,rich in vitamin B, iron, protein.
