Dear doctor I suffer from severe tinnitus and using for that diazepam to reduce the severity of the tinnitus. I also smoke cannabis and wanted to what is the risks of combining this 2 substances.

please get into de-addiction first. it's not advisable to take diazepam and cannabis.. it can also be lethal

Dear lybrate-user, diazepam has some role in reducing the severity the severity of tinnitus but smoking cannabis completely reverses that role. Moreover tinnitus is just a symptom, you need to consult a ent specialist so that a diagnosis can be made ,only then can treatment be started. As far as smoking cannabis is concerned your tinnitus will never be cured unless you completely give it up.
