I am a 26 year old woman. I have head lice and I have tried permethrin cream rinse but it did not work. Can I take ivermectin tablet to get rid of head lice? If yes, when do I take it and how many times? If no then can you suggest any other tablet to get rid of the head lice or any other remedy? The itching has also increased to a great extend.
