I have been taking ciplar la 20 and zapiz 0.25 for anxiety and depression for the last 2 years. Im feeling some relief but when I stopped taking for 4 days it begins to start again. Is there any substitute medicine so that it does not occur again.

Actually if you don't get relief by these drugs you can increase the dose of ciplar up to 40 mg and if not relieved then add escotalopram 5 mg. This is not the time to stop drugs. Thanks.

There is no substitute for the medications that you are taking and you can switch to a different medication under the supervision of a psychiatrist. It was certainly recommendable for you to take the medication tapered under a psychiatrist's care.
