I am 26 years old having pcod sinc 8 years I hv used krimson for 6 months I lost weight but again after stopping I rapidly gained back 10 kgs. Now its been one year can I use krimson again.

Yes you can start krimson. But if you want to start just to reduce weight with no other reason, then its not good. Start exercise daily, go to gym, maintain healthy life style, plan your diet. You will definitely reduce weight but this will take 6-7 months. So you have to be patient.
