I do not feel the pressure of defecation for more than 1 year and I have to strain for it. I also feel a blockage in the rectum area but I have done my colonoscopy and the reports were normal. previously I have the habit of inserting finger during defecation. And my doctor said that you feel blockage due to muscle tightening. And he gave pegred powder but I am using it and it is also not able to clean the stomach and build pressure. Please suggest me some medicine and permanent treatment for it.

hi sir, for easily defecation use fiber diet than tablets, do physical activity like jogging, running daily, take fiber diets like banana, apple, figs( anzur), grapes, pomegranate, spinach etc, take fruits daily in your diet, drink water sufficiently upto 2to 3 liters everyday.
