Dear lybrate-user have a healthy lifestyle. Start doing yoga or meditation as it will help in keeping you calm and anxiety-free. Avoid any kind of unhealthy and junk food. Avoid oily and fried food as it will cause indigestion and this causes more stress. Go for a walk in the morning or evening. Have healthy and oil-free diet. Increase the quantity of salad and fruits in your diet. Never take tea when you are empty stomach. Have coconut water daily as it is rich in minerals and it is really good for health.
