Hi there, after meniscus, acl or knee replacement surgery all muscles of knee and and legs tends to be always weak. Also knee biomechanics changes after any knee surgery and that is where role of physiotherapist came in picture. It is recommended that after any joint surgery you under go joint rehabilitation process by taking physical therapy. I have question whether you have taken physiotherapy after surgery or not? If yes than again you need it and if no than you should take it now. Just go to any nearest physical therapy clinic get asses your self and your physical therapist suggest you solution of your problem. Thank you.
