2 years back I was detected with pcos and doctors prescribed krimson 35 (21 day oral contraceptive pills, along with glycomet and folvite, since then I am taking the pill continuously without missing a dose same time everyday. I start my pill pack on sunday (5th day of my period) and it ends on saturday. I generally get my menses on wednesday night or thursday morning. My lmp was on 12th june (wednesday), I started my pill on 16th june (sunday). I had protected intercourse with my husband using condoms and the condom did not break also on 19th june (wednesday, 8 days from my period) yesterday (1st july) and today (2nd july) I experience brown vaginal discharge with few drops of blood in the morning. My pill pack will end on 6th july and my scheduled period will be on 10th july. I have no plans to conceive now, and we used protection (pills+condoms). I have not missed a single pill and m taking it consistently. Is that discharge a aign of implantation bleeding? I am not drinking water and facing a lot of stress recently and this doesn't happened to me in the past 2 years. Should I worry about pregnancy after all the protection? Right now my weight is 65 kgs and height is 5-5. I had also not taken any medicine which could intervene with the effectiveness of the pill. Last month before my period during the pill free break I was travelling and I ve motion sickness, so I took stemetil. Will stemetil intravene with the effectiveness of the pill. If its not implantation bleeding, then what was it? I am worried because of the timing. The bleeding happens 20 days after my lmp? I ve no plans to conceive right now. So we took all the measures. From pills to condoms. Will I worry about pregnancy if the intercourse happened on the 8th day of the lmp with all the protections?

If you haven't missed a pill then you should not be worried about getting pregnant. This bleeding is most likely break through bleeding (btb) .it is a known side effect of pills. But please get a pap smear done to rule out any cause in the cervix as the bleeding occurred after intercourse.
