So I have been sneezing once or twice a day in the evening right before I go to sleep but rarely when I just lay in bed or take a nap, I don't often sneeze during the day and this has been happening for a few months. It doesn't happen every single day but almost everyday and I would like to know why? Also I don't think that i'm allergic to anything.

Sneezing if more indicates some health concern but if once then it is normal reaction. It could be due to minor change in nasal blood circulation some irritant even change in temperature. To know about allergy you have to see relation with temperature or with any room item or cloth or fragrance. Second way is to go for complete allergy testing. Homeopathy can help in both with or without allergy. Best wishes.
