I am a vegetarian and taking green leafy vegetables and sprouts. I am suffering from vitamin b12 deficiency. Please give a detailed advice on food and supplements that we should take to increase our vitamin b12. I have a query whether brown rice is rich in vitamin b12. Yes, but 12 deficiency is common in case of vegetarian people, you have to take b12 supplements in case of b12 deficiency. Yes, brown rice and red rice contain b 12 in it.
