First get a usg doppler of both legs to look for recanalized veins or any remote signs of dvt and if any varicose veins either. Then consult a vascular surgeon with the report.

You should have a colour doppler repeated, it is not recommended to continue warfarin for more than 3-5 years following a provoked dvt, so it is advisable that with the colour doppler done you should consult a vascular surgeon for future reference.
