I am suffering from loose stools since I started to travel to and fro and it seems this all started after eating outside foods and maybe the water which was unwell. But the frequency of my stools have changed a lot. I just get stools 2 times per day but the consistency is still loose. I do not get any stomach ache nor did I lose weight. But I had been really stressed out since 3 or 4 year and my routine had been badly affected too. I need some accurate answers please because I feel like am getting anxiety because of this. Is it something really bad? I would be much appreciated for the help.

Yes, Its because of chronic stomach infection. Do this 1. Take home cooked, fresh light food. 2. Drink boiled water. 3. Take ors. 4. Avoid fast foods, spicy and fried foods 5. Curd is good for you. 6. Maintain active life style for details you can consult me.
