I have got a semen analysis report. 32 ml/micro ltr sperm count. 60-70% viable sperm. Is it sufficient to conceive? Please suggest if any medication required.

During each ejaculation about 3-5 ml average 3.5 ml semen comes out which contains 60?120 million sperms per ml about 100 million per ml of which single sperm is require for pregnancy, so its very difficult to count exact minimum required quantity ,but for men to consider as fertile required sperm concentration is 20 million per ml and that also with good motility and young sperms .so its not only semen quantity that determines pregnancy but other multiple factors also play role.
