Plzzzz suggest me homoeopathic rx for 45 year male suffering from ureteric calculi of 4-4.5 mm size. Rt side. Calculi causes mild hydronephrosis nd no any presenting symptoms bt occasional mild pain. H/c left side renal calculi removed by surgery before 8 month. Mild fatty liver. There is no any specific symptoms.
