I have a fair amount of belly fat that is probably from drinking beer. Even though I workout and go playing this fat is stubborn and will not go off easily. Please guide me through to burn this belly fat and get back into shape. Btw I have mild leukoderma; just to bring to your notice. Thank you.

Hello, firstly you need to know how badly alcohol is affecting your health. The belly fat will go off only through exercise and proper diet regime. Try to exclude out alcohol from your diet. Include fruits and salads. Drink plenty of water around 3-4 ltrs. Include freshly made paneer at home.
