I am a male 65 years old retired architect. I hv been suffering from bi-polar disorder for abt 25 years. The medicines I took include prosac, lithium, seroquel, latuda, imovan. Is it appropriate to take supplements like 5-htp, l-dopa, gapa, l-thiamine to enhance my mental health? Thank you.
