Hello sir my name is partha rai I have all the day pain in middle brain feeling like heavy head mainly in middle of the head what was my problem sir doctor prescribe me medicine like dotidep 25 onapil 0.25 and coxisto s 10 I am taking these medicine since 6 month but it doesn't cure me please help me and I want your advice which medicine is best please tell me sir.
