Hello! I am a vegetarian and being so, my diet is very low in protein without dairy. I take 100 gms curd, 100 ml double toned milk and 100 grams paneer everyday to avoid protein deficiency. But along with being rich in protein, dairy items contain significant amount of cholesterol. Is this cholesterol good or bad? 1 am 21. Is this much amount of cholesterol okay for the body? Are there any substitutes for dairy except for soy for protein requirements?
