I am 74 years old and suffers from acid reflux laryngitis for three years had taken ppi drugs and antacid but can't take ppi drugs any more due to side effects I feel phlegm in throat and have urge for repeatedly cleaning the throat also has occasional dysphonia please advice what alternative treatment can be of use .
