I am a 19 years old female, with weight 52 kgs. I have pcos. I recently went to a gyno and she prescribed me m2tone syrup and exermet500. But that metformin tablets didn't suit me. Today I went to her again and now she prescribed me ovabless tablets. I told her that since I am sexually active, I wanted some birth control pills for pcos. But she insisted that since I don't have any other symptoms of pcos other than irregular periods, like obesity or acne. I should wait 3 months and then redo an ultrasound and then she'll think about hormonal pills. What should I do?
