You may feel slight movement of your teeth after scaling if you had lot of deposits before cleaning. Don't worry and consult your dentist for the same. Try to avoid eating hard eatables and apply a gum paint twice daily for 15 days. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.

No, They do not loosen. In fact cleaning prevents the further bone loss. Try massaging your gums.

If your dentist prescribed you mouth wash then you rinse your mouth with the mouthwash twice daily. Try to be on liquid diet for 2 weeks. Don't bite on hard food items for 2 months atleast. After scaling when the tartar is removed teeth may become shaky but its temporary. When the bone and gums surrounding the teeth heals and bone fills up the space teeth will become firm. If you think its very shaky then you can ask your dentist to get your teeth splinted from inside. Its recommended to wait and watch for 2 months at least. Then you can decide. Hope this helps.

It is a myth.

Ultrasonic scaling will not cause loosening of teeth by itself. Only if your teeth were already loose before scaling and only calcified deposits were holding them firmly ,would scaling lead to a feeling of loosening of teeth. In that case, splinting of the teeth maybe required for few weeks. But I can assure you once again that scaling will not cause loosening of teeth.
