Please, I need help, I'm 23 years old male complaining of varicocele from 3 years ago it was unilateral then became bilateral and now my sperm turned yellowish and began to have sexual dysfunction, I wanted to know do varicocelectomy but I didn't do it because of I still have the risk factors that will recur it again and it will still 1 year after. What should I do now!
