Hello, this is usually seen when the rootcanal treated tooth get reinfected in such case there is abscess formation which comes out through that boil which you are seeing. so get an xray done to evaluate the rct tooth as well as adjacent teeth. because at times it can be a infection in adjacent tooth that can cause the boil on the nearby areas. if its a rct treated tooth which is reinfected it will go for re root canal treatment.
