Bathe daily, dry it , change the undergarments daily, wash them with hot water. Tablet Fluconazole150 mg( one tab in one week ) once weekly for four weeks Tablet Fexofenadine 120mg once daily for four five days for itching Ointment Clotrimazole locally twice a day for four weeks Skin diseases takes time to cure . So be patient and follow the regime for at least four weeks . If still this persist meet the doctor/Dermatologist
