I have brought Forza Nutrition Mass Gainer so I just wanted to ask that do mass gainers have side effects ? I eat real food but as I am go gym just for increasing my daily diet I take mass gainer so it is safe will it have side effects ? I just want to use it for 3 months then once I will reach my desired weight I will continue my daily diet.
