Breast reduction surgery is done to reduce size of abnormally large and loose breasts..breast enlargement can be due to overweight or hormonal.many times after weight loss breast became loose and ptotic..management of large/loose/ptotic breast is breast reduction with or without breast tightening.surgery done under general anaesthesia..(eight double two five nine seven six eight five nine.)you have to stay in hospital for a day.during surgery extra breast tissue from lower part and sides is removed .for tightening some sutures are placed which keep breast lifted.
