Hi, I am suffering from Jock itch around groin area and on thighs, rubbed it and it get worse, applied a antifungal cream which make the marks turn white from red and I applied the cream on dick and the skin start peeling off. wherever I apply anti fungal cream cream was cipla four derm is it a sign of hiv suggest a good cream for the same.
