Dear sir it's been one month I got married and I had sex with my partner after 14 days of her periods and we were having sex daily afterwords for a week and also we had sex after 5 th day of her next period. so can you suggest me that when to have sex to conceive child and we don't have a family planning and also I observed during sex my penis not entered fully in her vagina is this is the problem and I checked my sperm count and result shown 60 millions/milli litre. What should I do. Please suggest.

Those who have regular 28 days cycle get ovulation around 14th day counting from first day of cycle (bleeding) means sexual intercourse around 11 to 16th day helps for pregnancy. Those who get cycles differently calculations have to be made differently as ovulation occurs 14 days prior to next period. Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist semen count is normal though you have not sent detailed report.
