I'm 24 years old male. I'm 184 cm tall and 55 kg weight. I'm very slim. U can understand my body condition. I want to increase my weight. I started gym evening. Please advice me what type of food I should eat. Timings.how much times I should eat a day. Can you please suggest a food chart.
