Sir, I am now 22 years old. I want to know if I started regular work out and walking, yoga and stretching and running, then can I increase my height from 5'6" to some more. And is it true that if I take Complain or horlicks then it will be easier to make that increase a little faster? Pls give me advice to proceed further to take care of my body. Now I weigh 81 kgs also want to reduce my belly fat so regularly taking Apple cider vinegar after lunch and dinner. Give me some good advice sir.
