I am 32 female. I am 32 weeks pregnant. I have been having continuous heart palpitations since 30 weeks pregnancy. I can hear my heartbeat and my heart jumps when I am lying down. I don?t feel it when I?m standing or sitting but only when I?m lying on bed. It is very you comfortable and little breathing issues also I?m facing. Can this be a sign of heart failure?

If you are 32 weeks pregnant, you should lie always in left lateral position. This prevents the compression of the aorta by the pregnant uterus and feeling of palpitations, giddiness will all be less. All symptoms occur if you sleep in supine position.
