Hi, 27 year old, hypertensive, yesterday my nose felt as if got filled with blood suddenly while in office (cold ac). It was not flowing but my left nose was filled with it and there was dry mucous as well. I cleaned it and it has not returned since last 18 hours. Can it be something dangerous or looks normal?
