She takes 8 to 10 glass of water & 5 small meals + fruits + milk in a day. The problem is frequent and sudden urge to urinate. Some times it starts dropping in the way to toilet. Second problem is she feels anxiety when goes to Doctor for check-ups, and her blood pressure increases to 90/128. She don't feel nausea, dizziness, omitting or any pain except her lower back few times. Does she need any medication or supplements. Please suggest me. Thank you very much.
