Sir from last few days I had feel very lazy from find and also from body .i don't feel like that when I feel past 1 year ago. Now if I am studying my book my mind not work and I am worry about it that why am not able to learn properly now. Its my final year and at this time I am lean properly. So sir please help me that how to I am boost my mi d that I can keep concentrate on my study and do score well .please help me .i can also apply meditation but still it not help I am not focused on my study. So please help me.
