Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing an embarrassing situation of white pimples type bumps on my scrotum area. I have rubbed and washed it thoroughly after which there is a bit of pain and the number of pimples are increasing before this there was a molluscum told by a doctor in Lucknow which I got removed through some electrolysis procedure. Help me with some permanent solution to get easy with this problem once and for all. I have low immunity level that also worsens any such infections to my system. Kindly help.
